Land Titles Registry and Personal Property Registry Fee Changes Coming in 2023
On September 29, 2022, the Registrar-General of Manitoba released a Directive outlining the 2023 fee schedule for the Land Titles Registry and the Personal Property Registry.
The new fees will take effect on January 8, 2023.

Here is an overview of the 2023 fees for some of our frequently requested services:

| Providing under an agreement with the Registrar (on a volume or bulk basis) a copy of registered data – for each registration day | $42.00 |
How Fees are Determined
Land Titles Registry and Personal Property Registry fees, including any increases and changes, are determined annually by two government regulations:
- Land Titles Fees Regulation M.R. 71/2014
- Personal Property Registry Fees Regulation M.R. 72/2014
These regulations use a formula of Consumer Price Index + 1% to determine annual fee increases.
