Upcoming Personal Property Registry Transition (September 10, 2026)

With Manitoba’s new Personal Property Registry launching Thursday, October 1, 2026, Teranet Manitoba is sharing what you need to know about the upcoming transition:

Registry Transition Downtime

The Personal Property Registry will be unavailable from Friday, September 25, 2026, at 4:30 PM (CDT) to October 1, 2026, at 8:30 AM (CDT), while we migrate records and prepare for the launch.

Please complete any time-sensitive searches and registrations before the downtime begins. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Accessing the Registry

Once the registry launches, you’ll be able to log in with your current email address and password, along with a multi-factor authentication code, and immediately begin searching and registering.

Please note that, effective October 1, 2026, the link you use to access the registry will change to www.ppr.tprmb.ca. We encourage you to create a new bookmark in advance.
