Fair market value:  A land’s fair market value is the value of the land at the time a transfer affecting it is submitted for registration. This includes the value of all buildings or improvements located on the land.

Value conveyed: Where the whole interest is being conveyed, insert the fair market value. Where only part of the whole interest is being conveyed, insert the value of that part.

Fractional interest: The fractional interest will be determined automatically from the fair market value and the value conveyed. It will be used to calculate the land transfer tax payable.

Land transfer tax: does not include the registration fee. Consult the fee schedule above for the current registration fees.
