Appointment of New Registrar-General (March 20, 2025)

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Denise Finlay as the new Registrar-General of Manitoba’s Land Titles Registry and Personal Property Registry, effective Monday, February 3, 2025.

Before this appointment, Denise served as Crown Counsel at the Legal Services Branch of Manitoba Justice, where she was a key member of the Corporate, Commercial, and Information Technology Section. As a dedicated public servant, Denise is deeply committed to safeguarding the public interest and ensuring the effective delivery of  registry services to Manitobans.

Neil Trenholm will collaborate with Denise in her new role until his retirement at the end of March, ensuring a seamless transition.
