New temporary mailing address and paper land titles registration process

March 20, 2020 – To help limit the exposure and spread of COVID-19, Teranet Manitoba has temporarily suspended our in-person (face-to-face) land titles and personal property registry client service. We have developed some new processes that will help ensure or clients can continue to do business with us, even if they can’t come in to our office.

Change in mailing addresses

Our clients will not be able to visit our office in person to deliver deposit cheques or paper documents, so we have set up temporary post office boxes for you to direct your mail to.

Mail intended for the Winnipeg and Portage la Prairie offices should be directed to:

PO Box 70 Winnipeg Main
Winnipeg, MB
R3C 2G1

Mail intended for the Brandon, Dauphin and Neepawa offices should be directed to:

PO Box 50030 Brandon South East
Brandon, MB
R7A 7E4

Mail intended for the Morden office can continue to be sent to:

351 Stephen Street
Morden, MB
R6M 1V1

New process for urgent documents

We’re committed to maintaining our service standard for clients who need to register time-sensitive documents.

If you need to register a builder’s lien, a court order, an urgent caveat or a notice under The Homesteads Act, please contact our Client Service Team for immediate assistance. You can reach them at clientservice@teranet.ca, at 1-844-737-5684 (toll free), or though the online chat feature on our website.
