Land titles search changes coming in June

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are taking steps to make it easier to search for land titles documents.

We will be retiring Documents Online and Survey Plans Online and integrating them into Titles Online. Instead of logging in to three different applications, you’ll now be able to search for titles, documents and survey plans in our enhanced Land Titles Online application.

Account administrators will also be able to manage your deposit account access from inside Land Titles Online.

Users who currently have access to Titles Online will continue to have access to Land Titles Online. New firms and/or users will need to complete a Client Application Form.

The improved Land Titles Online will be available on June 29, 2020.

Training resources to help you get started

To help you prepare for this change, we will be holding free, online client training sessions the week of June 22. Invitations to register will be distributed in the next few weeks.

Updated training materials will also be available on our website at www.teranetmanitoba.ca on June 29.
